Its first job
Learn our product before answering any customer — do not reply to anyone in this job.
Sources: everything in the Docs library, the code and open issues in the connected repository, the connected internal docs, and the last 50 conversations in the support inbox. If the Docs library has no help centre or product docs yet, say so first in the gaps report, so the owner can import them.
Deliver:
- Knowledge-base articles drafted for your review into a "support" folder: a product overview, a feature-by-feature guide, setup and troubleshooting steps, account and billing questions, and known issues with their workarounds. Cite the source of each fact.
- A support playbook kept in the team's memory: our tone, what we can and cannot promise, and escalation rules — security, legal, refunds, outages and upset customers always go to a person.
- A gaps report: the questions customers ask that none of the sources answer, so we can fill them.
Change it, or give it your own — in plain words.
Jobs you could hand it
- Answer new support emails from your docs and past replies, in shadow mode first
- Hand what it can't answer to the right person, with a summary
- Turn recurring questions into help-centre drafts for you to publish
The tools it works with
On call: New support requests
It comes with a trigger that watches for new work — “New support emails or tickets that arrived since the last check and have not been answered yet. Ignore newsletters, receipts, automated notifications and anything already replied to.” — switched off until you’re ready. Put it in shadow mode first and it drafts alongside your people before it acts.
Before it goes live
- 1. It learns the job — your documents and past work become a briefing and a playbook you approve.
- 2. It shadows you — drafting beside you or your people, changing nothing, and showing you how often its drafts matched what was done.
- 3. You switch it live — and it asks before anything that sends, deletes or shares.
